Looking west along the underneath of Bridge 378, Span 4. The bridge decking is constructed using Hobsons Patent Flooring System and the reasonable condition of much of the steelwork is apparent. Immediately beyond the grated openings in the far brick support is Span 5 which passes over the goods loops. Directly in front of that is the steel supporting structure which strengthens the end of this span.
