Looking west across the viaduct, along the Upperton Road. The roof appearing over the top of the parapet to the left is that of the railways Wagon Repair Shop, now in use by an engineering firm. Almost in the middle of the picture - visible as a slight black mark in the brickwork - is a steel door. This originally opened onto a set of steps which led down to the Wagon Repair Shop. The steps have long gone and the door is securely fastened !
