Bridge 394

SP 5592 9851 - Height 15'3", Straight Span 11'11", Skew Span 13'0"

Bridge 403 is a single span brick arch bridge which carries the line over an occupation road leading to Glen Parva Lodge. The bridge arch itself is intact and in reasonable, but most of the parapet walls has been cast down to the road below. To the south, a short stretch of embankment leads to the River Sence Viaduct. Part of this embankment has been robbed out, and the resultant incline is used by dog walkers and strollers to get onto the formation. Immediately to the north is Bridge 393 over the Grand Union Canal.
